About MW Solar Solutions
Midwest Solar Solutions is a locally owned small business based in Shiloh, Illinois, just south of O’Fallon. Our team specializes in all phases of the solar process — including design, installation, handling permits and maintenance — as your full turn-key, one-stop shop.
You’ll work exclusively with our friendly staff during installation and any required servicing post-install throughout the duration of your solar array. You won’t have to worry about the headache of dealing with multiple contractors from different companies.
And with our deep Illinois roots and commitment to local communities for the long haul, you won’t be left hung out to dry if local and federal solar incentives evaporate down the line.
Midwest Solar was founded in 2017 by Joe Bowler and Jim Lloyd, who were born and raised in southern Illinois and raise their families here. The duo — with backgrounds in the electrical industry — developed MWSS with the intention of building a customer-centric business that simplifies the solar process. Joe and Jim have since added members to the terrific staff that prides itself on hard work, humility and honesty.
