I had a problem with the Gateway of my solar system. Called Midwest and they got out to my house as soon as they could. Zach inspected my Gateway and found out it was simply a blown fuse. He inspected the rest of my system to make sure everything else was operating as it should be. He was courteous and friendly the entire visit, while also informing me of everything that was going on with my system. I will be using Midwest Solar Solutions again if I run into any issues with my system.

After a frustrating three months with our solar installed but not working, we finally have solar power. Midwest Solar was responsive and did what they could. The problem was with the Enphase batteries, which involved multiple technician visits and hours and hours of phone calls before it was finally resolved.
We’re glad the system is working now, but it was a very frustrating process.

Midwest Solar came to install an inverter that I had gotten from my previous Solar company through Enphase as my previous company went out of business. Midwest Solar has been very polite forthcoming with information. Zachary called regularly to try and move up the appointment but it didn’t work out and to confirm the appointment was still on for the date and appointment time made. He did a great job and he had a helper with him, but I can’t remember his name. He was just as polite and nice. I really highly recommend them. They are very good and completed the task in no time I’m glad to have found them and will keep their number close. Needless to say, I will be requesting Zach every time

They came in to check on prior installer setup. Problem showing a cap on solar from other company that is no longer around.
They looked at everything, showed where the prior installer had wired different than enphase specs and saw the reason for the cap.
They are going to look at specs , images, and drawing to see if there is a way to remove the cap from the solar array and keep battery backup.
Will be waiting for follow-up on the new solution.
Learned at this time they would be available for possible generator install which is normally for their customers that has solar installs.
