Midwest Solar has been great, they have been helping me as a stranded customer get the credits I am supposed to get. They also hooked up our monitoring and have been kind and helpful every step of the way! Highly recommend!!!

Midwest Solar Solutions not only has a great reputation in the area, but when the other companies close up or you can’t reach them for service, Midwest Solar Solutions is who steps up to help those abandoned solar clients. Extremely pleased with the quality of Midwest Solar’s workmanship and customer care. I met with four different solar companies before deciding on which to go with. As anyone who has dealt with a solar installation can attest to, it can be a very confusing business with the technology and tax incentives. Cory from Midwest was by far the best at explaining the technology and installation process and the incentive process. It was also clear from his expertise and the number of years Midwest has been in business and the number of installations they have done that they were the best of the four companies I talked to. The Enphase app is very user friendly and gives a ton of great information about system operations. Post-Installation, Cory followed up with my wife and I to ensure we knew how to use the app and that we understood how to file for the tax incentives. Best of all, when the Illinois State Inspector came to give the final OK to start up our system he said, “Oh, you had Midwest do your installation, I’m sure everything will get good, they are one of the best companies in the market.” Super great to have Ameren bills in the $50-$75 range since my system was turned on!

Burned by a previous solar company that is now out of business, I needed help getting my solar system reporting again. Got off the phone with Joe, and immediately felt much more at ease. Patrick gave me a call awhile later to set up an appointment, came out, took care of everything in a matter of minutes, taught me a host of of things about our system to help save me time and money moving forward, and left assuring me that they’d be right out to take care of any future issues.

Service was excellent, but their communication through the process is what really left me feeling great about working them. Simply top notch.

Joe and his team delivered as promised. No pushy sales, very professional. After install Ameren made a terrible mistake and even though they didn’t have to they offered to put us up in a hotel until it was fixed. Luckily we were only down less than 24 hours. Joe made sure everything was safe, secured, and done right! Definitely recommend!!
